RSA CGIL SAP Italia Vimercate - SE SNB Rep. UNION COMMUNIQUE'
On March 2013 the Supervisory Board of SAP AG approved the proposal of the Executive Board to prepare the conversion of the legal form of the company into a European Company‘Societas Europeae’ (SE).
Under the SE Directive, and its transpostion in the SE German law, the creation of a European Company will require negotiations between Central Management and a Special Negotiation Body compsed of employees' representative.
Negotiation topics will be:
The first meeting of the SE Special Negotiation Body will take place in Walldorf between September 9th and 13th.

- Participation of employees in the Supervisory Board of SAP SE: number of seats, allocation of seats among different countries.
- Determination of the procedure for the information and consultation of employees by the establishment of an SE Works Council.
